We ship using USPS and UPS, depending on location. If you only receive packages from one of these delivery services please let us know.

We only ship to the contiguous US.

Watercraft (excluding select inflatable products) are only available for local pickup. If you attempt to purchase a watercraft without the ability to pick it up, your order will be cancelled and your payments will be refunded for 97% of the purchase. The remaining 3% will be used to cover any fees we incur. If you are not sure of your ability for local pickup, or you have questions regarding this policy, contact us before placing your order.

In-store pickup: If an item is available for instore pickup, we will process the order and then contact you when it is ready for pickup so that we can arrange a time for pickup. All pickups will occur at our physical address during our normal business hours.

Processing times vary depending on purchase time as well as product. Although we strive to get the product shipped within 24 hours, it may take 3-5 days.
